   YOUR ACCOUNT

   Sign in or create your account

   Open the Agent dashboard. Sign in with your email and password, or select Create account and verify your email with the code you receive. Use Forgot password? if you need to reset it.

   YOUR STARTING POINT

   Start your first foursome

   Enter your display name, accept the tracker sharing notice, and select Create my foursome. Already have a group? Your saved foursomes will open when you sign in.

   CHOOSE YOUR SPOT

   Choose your first golfer spot

   In My network, choose Foursome 1 from the selector. Pick an open spot and select Create invitation. Each personal foursome has three golfer spots, with you as its leader.

   MAKE IT PERSONAL

   Record who you are inviting

   Open the recipient form and enter the invited golfer’s name. Add their email address or phone number if you have it. These details help you identify the pending invitation and are private to you and administrators.

   SEND YOUR INVITATION

   Create and share the invitation

   Select Save recipient & create link. Use Copy invitation or Share to send the Join me message and link in a text or email. Creating the link saves the invitation; you send it using your chosen app.

   WELCOME YOUR GOLFER

   Help your golfer register and join

   Your golfer opens their personal link, signs in or creates an account, and verifies their email if registering. They enter their display name, accept the sharing notice, and select Join this foursome. To join a specific golfer, use the personal invitation link they sent you. Each account can accept one referral invitation.

   FOLLOW YOUR PROGRESS

   Track pending invitations and joins

   Return to My network or Summary and select Refresh. Pending spots show the recipient you recorded; joined golfers show their name and profile. Use Edit recipient to correct details, or Add recipient details for an older pending link.

   KEEP YOUR SPOTS MOVING

   Cancel or replace an unused invitation

   If a golfer has not joined, select Cancel invitation and create a new one right away, or use Replace invitation link. The old link stops working. Editing recipient details keeps the same link. Once a golfer joins, removal is handled by an administrator.

   COMPLETE YOUR GROUP

   Complete the foursome and encourage your golfers

   Invite your next golfer by repeating the invitation steps for your other two spots. When all three golfers join, that foursome shows Complete. Encourage each golfer to build their own foursomes; you can follow their direct golfers in your two-level view.

    GROW AT YOUR PACE

    Start additional personal foursomes

    You can start another foursome before your first is full. Open your own group and select Add a foursome, up to 10 total. Use the selector to switch groups. Each has separate invitations and progress, and Summary brings them together.
